Cynthia’s knowledge of the City has been cultivated by literally walking each neighborhood. She specializes in the highly sought after Dogpatch and Potrero neighborhoods where she has successfully placed both residential and commercial clients into conversion lofts, stately Victorians, new developments and historic warehouses.
Cynthia is a 5th generation Californian and a Central Valley farmer’s daughter. She was a grape grower and wine broker for 14 years, and now shares her expertise in climate and agricultural practices with clients seeking the Wine Country lifestyle. She has a rich background representing clientele seeking wine country estates, small wineries and vineyards in Napa, Sonoma and Mendocino counties.
Cynthia’s vivacious personality, approachability and sophistication were cultivated while living in London and Washington, D.C. She developed an international clientele while working in exports to China, and has a deep understanding of the needs of international investors seeking residential homes, land and businesses in San Francisco and throughout California.
